Description

The OPTO BRANCH 8™ from Elation Pro Lighting is an 8-way DMX distributor/booster device with 5-pin XLR input and output connectors, packed into a 19” 1U rack space. It's engineered to split the incoming DMX signal up into eight (8) discrete outputs, with each output featuring a total electrical isolation of up to 1000V between the different branches within a daisy-chain group. This greatly reduces problems with ground loops, and efficiently buffers as well as amplifies the DMX signal, enhancing its integrity and reliability. All outputs are 5-pin XLR-type connectors, electronically isolated from each other to ensure uninterrupted data streams. In addition, each output includes dedicated drivers to boost the incoming signal.
