PLEASE NOTE:  After taking listing photos, I accidently caught the tag on the edge of the box as I was placing the carrier in it.  The tag tore loose from the plastic hanger, but will still be included. Please look at photos carefully.  One of the straps is a little dirty on the end, and there's a couple of tiny pulls in the fabric.
